We participated in the 19th International Symposium on Water Management and Hydraulic Engineering (WMHE 2026), held in Opatija from September 16–19, 2026.

At the symposium, our Principal Investigator Domagoj Nakić presented a paper titled: “Advanced Wastewater Treatment Using Sewage Sludge–Derived Biochar as a Circular Adsorbent Material.”

Our project team member Hana Posavčić presented the paper titled: “Application of Biochar for the Removal of the Pharmaceutical Zidovudine from Wastewater.”
